Project Description
Tuolumne Utilities District (TUD) is seeking qualified contractors for the installation of a 320,000-gallon bolted steel water storage tank, including any necessary appurtenances at 19305 Michigan Drive, Twain Harte, Ca in Tuolumne County, CA.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting:
July 11, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at 18885 Nugget Blvd, Sonora, Ca.
Each Bidder must be represented and attend the entire meeting and site visit. Each representative shall sign an attendance sheet identifying the Bidder represented. If a representative from your company attended the May 5th, 2025 or June 4th, 2025 mandatory pre-bid conference for the Pedro Y Tank Replacement Project, Cedar Ridge Upper Tanks Replacement Project, or Valley Vista Tank Project and conducted the site visit for the Zone 2 Tank 2 Replacement Project, your company is eligible to submit a bid for this project without the need to attend this mandatory pre-bid conference. If a representative from your company did not attend the abovementioned pre-bid conferences, attendance at this conference and a field visit to the tank site is mandatory. Bids will only be accepted from Bidders represented at the abovementioned pre-bid conferences. Attendance by subcontractors is not mandatory, but all interested prospective subcontractors are encouraged to attend.

July 18, 2025, by 2:00 p.m.
Bids
Sealed bids for the construction of the 320,000-gallon tank addressed to the Tuolumne Utilities District, 18885 Nugget Blvd. Sonora, CA 95370, will be received at the office of the District until 2:00 P.M., local time, on July 18, 2025, and then publicly opened and read.
