HAZARD TREE REMOVAL, EUREKA DITCH

Notice is hereby given, that Tuolumne Utilities District (TUD) will receive sealed bid packets for the Hazard Tree Removal Project – Eureka Ditch. The project consists of removal of an estimated 450 hazard trees and taking down and treating the slash and logs for another 1200 hazard trees to be left on site on the Eureka Ditch. Both areas include implementing erosion control and site rehabilitation measures.
A mandatory pre-bid conference and tour will be held at 18885 Nugget Boulevard, Sonora, California at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday November 9, 2017. Proposals will only be accepted from contractors represented at the pre-bid conference.
Sealed proposals for the Hazard Tree Removal Project Eureka Ditch addressed to the Tuolumne Utilities District, 18885 Nugget Boulevard, Sonora, California 95370, will be received at the office of the District until 2:00 p.m., local time, on Tuesday December 5, 2017, and then will be publicly opened and read.
Complete Invitation to Bid information, including Plans and Specifications, are on file and may be examined at the TUD main building located at 18885 Nugget Blvd. 7:00 to 4:00 pm M-F. The bid package is also posted on the TUD website at www.tudwater.com.
