The information found here is intended to assist you in planning for your project. The service application packets below are for projects where a water and/or sewer lateral is currently stubbed to the property or where a District main exists adjacent to the property and only a service lateral installation is required.
For projects which require extension of a District main please go here.
All new applications for service will require payment of a one-time capacity fee to offset the capacity consumed by the proposed project in District’s water and wastewater facilities and for costs associated with construction of new facilities required to serve their project. Please note capacity or ”change of use” fees may be required for new businesses opening in existing spaces. Please contact the District New Development Coordinator for an estimate of the capacity fees and construction requirements for your project.
