UPDATE AT 2:15 pm – 9/21/2018
The water main pipeline on Lazy Z Lane has been repaired and water should be slowly returning back to customers that were affected in the next hour or so. All water should be restored to the entire area by 4 pm.
From having to make the repair, water was turned off at the main pipeline. We would like to alert our customers that they may have air in their pipes which could cause the water to become discolored. It is recommended that you run water from an outside hose bib to clear any sediment that may have been left in the pipeline. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
TUD field crews are responding to a mainline water break on Lazy Z Lane in Sonora that was first reported at 9am this morning. TUD customers may be experiencing no water or low water pressure. Residents in the following may be effected: Lazy Z Lane, Upper Crystal Falls area, Nile River Drive, Longeway Road, Upper Phoenix Lake Road and sections of Middle Camp Road.
It is estimated that the repair could take a minimum of four hours to repair. We are working as quickly as possible to restore water service in the area. Thank you!
