As part of the new billing software upgrade, all TUD customers will be assigned a new TUD account number. If you have your current TUD account setup with a financial institution for payment, you will need to update this information with your new TUD account number.
You can set up your new TUD account for auto pay and to receive email paperless statements. All TUD customers will now be billed bi-monthly, every two months. If you do not yet have a new billing statement, please call our Customer Service staff at 209-532-5536, Monday through Friday between 7am to 4pm to receive your new account information.
