Capital Improvement Plan and Rates
WATER & SEWER RATES
At the June 28, 2023 Board Meeting, The Tuolumne Utilities District Board of Directors adopted a five-year rate plan that includes water and wastewater rate increases for all residential, non-residential and raw water customers. These new rates will go into effect on August 1, 2023 and will increase each July 1st thereafter over a period of five years.
Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for Water and Sewer Projects
The 5-year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) identifies and prioritizes capital improvements required over the next five years for Tuolumne Utilities District to successfully carry out its mission. The CIP is a “rolling document” with older projects dropping out of the plan and new projects being added each year.
