ANNOUNCMENT OF VACANCY ON THE TUOLUMNE UTILITIES DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS

There is currently a vacancy on the Board of Directors of the Tuolumne Utilities District (TUD or District) for District 2. The vacancy is expected to be filled by appointment by the Board pursuant to Government Code Section 1780, during the Board’s regularly scheduled meeting on March 11, 2025.

Anyone interested in being considered for the appointment must complete the Statement of Interest form available at the District office, 18885 Nugget Blvd, Sonora or on the District’s website at www.tudwater.com.

The candidate must be a registered voter and must reside within District 2.

In addition, to be favorably considered for this appointment candidates must submit a statement detailing the qualifications that make them an ideal candidate for the appointment. The District is not providing a prescribed format for the Statement of Qualifications. Candidates may utilize any format they wish.
