TRAFFIC ADVISORY- VARIOUS AREAS NEAR PHOENIX LAKE RD.
Ridgewood Pipeline Project
SONORA, CA: Tuolumne Utilities District (TUD) crews and contractors will be performing work on Phoenix Lake Rd. and Ridgewood Dr. to wrap up the Ridgewood Pipeline Project beginning next week. Affected areas are as follows:
- Meadowbrook Dr. to Ridgewood Dr.
- Ridgewood Dr. from Phoenix Lake Rd. to Ridgewood Ct.
Work is scheduled to begin on Phoenix Lake Road on Monday, April 17, 2023, and will take place between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Work is expected to continue for several months. During this time, there will be lane closures on the affected areas listed above. One-way traffic controls will be in place in certain locations, and some locations may have full road closures with detours in place. Travelers can expect up to 15–20 minute delays. Motorists are advised to take an alternative route.
Last week TUD released a traffic advisory about its work on Ridgewood Rd. to install a new water line as part of this same project. This phase of work is underway and is expected to be completed by May 5, 2023.
