At the TUD Board meeting held on Tuesday, April 14th, 2020, General Manager Ed Pattison presented an update to the District’s Strategic Plan to fulfill the District’s Mission:
“Provide Responsible Water and Wastewater Services for our Customers with Great Customer Service in a Socially, Financially and
Environmentally Responsive Manner at a Fair Value.”
This year staff conducted an evaluation of the 2019 Strategic Plan that contains seven (7) goals, nearly thirty (30) strategies, and over eighty (80) action items. The updated Strategic Plan for 2020 helps guide development of the Capital Improvement Plan update, as well as the development of the Board’s most important policy document, next year’s annual budget. Combined, the District’s Strategic Plan, Capital Improvement Plan, and the annual fiscal year budget represent the principle guiding policy documents to allocate the District’s scarce resources to the highest value in carrying out the District’s mission.
