TUD CLOSES BUSINESS CENTER LOBBY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE; OPTIONS REMAIN AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMERS NEEDING SERVICE

TUD Business Center Lobby Closed

SONORA, CA: In an effort to reduce the transmission risk of COVID-19, Tuolumne Utilities District (TUD or District) announced today that it is closing its business center lobby until further notice. TUD staff remains available to assist customers via telephone or electronic mail (e-mail).

  • Contact Customer Service at (209) 532-5536 or customersvc@tudwater.com. Bill payments can be dropped off using the drop box located outside of the business center; paid electronically online at www.tudwater.com; or by calling Customer Service.
  • For those doing business with TUD’s Engineering Department please call 209-532-5536.

The health and safety of staff and customers remains TUD’s highest priority. All water operations will continue to run as normal and there is no threat posed by COVID-19 to TUD’s water supply or delivery system. TUD remains committed to delivering the highest level of customer service and will re-open the business center lobby when the situation permits. TUD continues to thank its customers for their understanding and support in protecting the health and safety of the community.
