TUD Board to Hold Information Session on Water Rights and Water Storage Facilities

The Tuolumne Utilities District (TUD) Board of Directors has invited the Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors, the Sonora City Council, the Tuolumne Band of Me-Wuk Indians and the Chicken Ranch Rancheria Band of Me-Wuk Indians of California to a joint agency Special Board meeting online virtual information session on February 18, 2021 at 10 AM. 

The purpose of this Special Meeting is for the Board to present an update on the status of efforts underway on the Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) Phoenix Water Rights and Facilities Acquisition and the United States Bureau of Reclamation New Melones Central Valley Project Water Supply Contract. TUD has developed an educational awareness website regarding the PG&E Acquisition at https://tuocoourwater.com/.
