Project Description
Tuolumne Utilities District (TUD) is seeking qualified contractors for the construction of a 500,000-gallon bolted steel water storage tank, including any necessary appurtenances in Jamestown, in Tuolumne County, CA. Site grading, tank backfill, site piping, and cathodic protection are not a part of this contract.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting:
June 4, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at 18885 Nugget Blvd, Sonora, Ca.
Each Bidder must be represented, attend the entire meeting, and attend the site visit. If the Bidder was in attendance at the previous mandatory pre-bid meeting held on May 5th, 2025, they do not need to attend this meeting and are eligible to submit a bid. Each representative shall sign an attendance sheet identifying the Bidder represented. Bids will only be accepted from Bidders represented at this pre-bid conference or the pre-bid conference previously held on May 5th, 2025. Attendance by subcontractors is not mandatory, but all interested prospective subcontractors are encouraged to attend.

June 25, 2025, by 2:00 p.m.

Sealed proposals for the construction of the 500,000-gallon tank addressed to the Tuolumne Utilities District, 18885 Nugget Blvd. Sonora, CA 95370, will be received at the office of the District until 2:00 P.M., local time, on June 25, 2025, and then publicly opened and read.
