Tuolumne Utilities District is accepting on call estimates for approximately 0.75 acres of tree and brush removal along TUD’s Pedro Y Tank access road and around three sides of the tank lot.

Pre-Bid Meeting (at site)
A site visit is scheduled on May 7, 2026 at 1PM. Access to Union Hill Lane is via Sawmill Flat Road. If you cannot make this time, please reach out to Jennifer directly.

Note: This is not a bid, it is a time and materials estimate. The Contractor is not guaranteed payment in the amount of this estimate. Final payment will be based on actual cost-plus prescribed markups. At the District’s option, material and equipment invoices along with payroll records may be requested before authorizing payment.
