Tuolumne Utilities District is accepting on call estimates for a tree removal project at the Willow Springs Tank Site.
TUD requests that tree removal be completed as soon as weather permits, with work beginning promptly after contractor selection and authorization to proceed.

Bid Meeting
A mandatory site visit and pre-estimate meeting will be held on September 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Willow Springs Tank Site, located at 20615 Steven Court, Soulsbyville, California.

Note: This is not a bid, it is a time and materials estimate. The Contractor is not guaranteed payment in the amount of this estimate. Final payment will be based on actual cost-plus prescribed markups. At the District’s option, material and equipment invoices along with payroll records may be requested before authorizing payment.
