Project Description
Tuolumne Utilities District is accepting on call estimates for a new manhole installation near 275 Snell Street.
All of these projects will be in the street within the City of Sonora. The contractor will be responsible for:
*Obtaining the proper City of Sonora Encroachment Permits
*Proper notification to the City when the work will start
*Obtaining a valid USA Ticket for each project
*Adhering to TUD’s Standard Detail Drawings- see attached.
*Traffic Control
*Final Paving

Note: This is not a bid, it is a time and materials estimate. The Contractor is not guaranteed payment in the amount of this estimate. Final payment will be based on actual cost-plus prescribed markups. At the District’s option, material and equipment invoices along with payroll records may be requested before authorizing payment.
